A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that the s.189B relief duty has ended because they are no longer eligible for assistance.

This particular letter is for when the applicant is not occupying s.188 interim accommodation.

This is a ground for ending the relief duty under section 189B(7)(e) of the Housing Act 1996.
