Ending the section 73 homeless relief duty and the section 68 interim accommodation duty - because reasonable steps taken within 56 days and applicant does not have a priority need

A letter to notify a homeless applicant that the section 73 homelessness relief duty has ended because:

  • 56 days have passed since the applicant was notified they were owed the duty to help them find housing,

where:

  • it's also been decided that the applicant does not have a priority need, and
  • the applicant is occupying interim s.68 interim accommodation (which is also ending).
