Use this form to notify a homeless applicant of the outcome of the initial section 62 assessment, where you have decided the applicant is ineligible for help, because of their immigration or nationality status.

The form prompts you to confirm all matters that councils are required to notify applicants of, under section 63 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.

Alternative version

This version should be used when you have assessed the matters listed in s.62(5) and (6) before deciding that the applicant is ineligible for help.

However, if you have determined the applicant is ineligible before considering those matters, you should use the following document instead:
