Warning a homeless applicant who's asked for stored property to be moved to a specific location that the section 211 protection of belongings duty will end

If a homeless applicant whose belongings are being protected under the HA 1996, s.211 duty asks for their property to be moved to a specific location, the local authority may end the duty, but must first notify the applicant of the consequences of taking the requested action.

This letter enables the authority to provide this pre-discharge notification.
