Ending the section 66 homelessness prevention duty - because the duty was accepted in error because of a mistake of fact
A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that the s.66 prevention duty has ended because you're satisfied that a mistake of fact led to them being notified that the prevention duty was owed.
This is a ground for ending the duty under section 79(2) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
