Ending the s.73 relief duty and s.68 interim accommodation duty - 56 days passed and no priority need

A letter for notifying a homeless applicant in Wales that they do not have a priority need.

Use this letter when:

  • 56 days have passed since the date on which you notified them that the relief duty was owed, and
  • The applicant is occupying temporary accommodation provided under the interim s.68 duty (which you wish to withdraw).

Notes:

Other letters are available (see 'Related documents') and should be used instead if:

  • 56 days have not passed (since you notified the applicant that the relief duty was owed), or
  • The applicant is not occupying s.68 interim accommodation.
