Fresource Friday: contract with private landlord where tenancy deposit paid by council

When paying tenancy deposits to private landlords it's important to have an agreement confirming the terms on which the payment is made and the circumstances in which the money must be repaid.

How to download

To download the agreement you'll need to:

1. work for a local authority or housing association in England or Wales;
2. create an account using your work email address;
3. wait for a second confirmation email; and
4. go to the relevant page in the Resources section.
