Problems with downloading free documents?
Have you experienced problems in the last few days downloading the free templates for the Homelessness Reduction Act?
If so, you weren't going mad (probably...). Unbeknown to me there was a problem with the website.
This was sorted this afternoon (Wednesday). Many thanks to the kind user who alerted me.
You should now be able to access the documents. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience, head scratching and wasted time that resulted.
