Ending the section 73 homeless relief duty - because suitable accommodation likely to be available for 6 months

A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that the s73 relief duty has ended because:

They have accommodation available to occupy.
The accommodation is likely to be available for at least six months, and
The accommodation is suitable.

The relief duty can be brought to an end on this basis under section 74(4) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
